01

Our purpose

Luxury Resale Asia is an independent editorial reference for people researching watches, handbags, jewellery, fashion, design and the pre-owned market. We explain the object, the ownership trade-offs and the questions worth asking before money changes hands. This is a guide, not a sales catalogue.

02

How we work

We prioritise precise product identification, material and movement literacy, transparent uncertainty, buyer protection and official sources for changing policies. Collection names do not replace reference numbers. A photo checklist does not authenticate an item. Asking prices do not establish resale value.

03

Asia is not one market

The region includes different climates, languages, sizing conventions, retail channels and customs rules. Our practical notes highlight questions—humidity, service access, fit, shipping and cross-border costs—without pretending that one rule covers every city or traveller.

04

Important limitations

Our guides are educational, not professional appraisals, authentication certificates, legal/tax advice, gemological reports or financial advice. Brand availability, specifications, warranty and customs requirements change. Verify details with the brand, qualified specialist or relevant official authority before acting.

05

Corrections and updates

Product and policy details can change. We aim to date and review material over time and to distinguish stable background from market-dependent claims. Readers should use current primary sources for any time-sensitive decision.

This guide is educational, not an appraisal, authentication certificate, legal or tax advice, or investment recommendation. Product details and local rules change; verify them with the brand, a qualified specialist or the relevant official authority.
